ULTRASONIC EXAMINATION FOR ACUTE EXTERNAL BILE$DUCTS INFLAMMATORY DISORDERS DIAGNOSTICS AND ITS TREAT TACTIC CHOICE VALUE

The aim – to investigate value of ultrasound examination in acute external bile-ducts inflammatory disorders non operative treatment
and its influence on the treatment tactic.
Materials and methods. The results of ultrasonic diagnostics and treatment retrospective analysis of 373 patients with acute external bile-duct inflammation disease with dynamic ultrasound examination are represented in our study. The ultrasonic examination
was performed after hospitalization, on 2–3 days of non operative treatment, and on-demand in future on Vivid-7 device made by
General electric.
Results and discussion. After non operative treatment in 27.1 % of patients the discordance between clinical and ultrasound data of
disease appeared, that forced to change treatment tactics. The macroscopic estimation of changes in a gall-bladder and patomorphological researches confirmed the ultrasonography diagnosis of acute destructive cholecystitis in 91 % cases.
Conclusions. Using ultrasonic control of acute inflammatory process proceeding in external bile-ducts allows exposing progress of
pathological process in good time, to change tactic of treatment, to prevent development of dangerous complications, improve the
results of treatment.
